When will I get my Goods?
Baby Savings Co offers FAST EXPRESS shipping within Australia. Orders within Australia can be expected approximately 1-3 working days after the order is dispatched. (Orders to WA, SA and NT and remote areas may take additional time). Orders usually leave the store within 1-4 Working Days, after payment is recieved and processed.
Baby Savings Co endeavours to deliver your order as soon as practically possible, however delays outside of our control may occur. If this does occur we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. Out of stock orders may be delayed, you will be notified either by email or phone if any items are out of stock, along with an estimated time of delivery.
Large Furniture items that are not currently in stock may have a delivery period of up to 12 weeks. Some Suppliers have provided up to a 12 week wait for some products. You will be notified if there is a delay. In most cases, delivery can be expected the day after dispatch. For larger items delivery may not be via normal Australia Post mail due to size restrictions.
How much will delivered goods cost me Within Australia?
Orders within Australia will incur a shipping fee that will vary depending on the dimensions and weight of the items purchased, and the location they will be delivered to. Baby Savings Co will choose the most economical freight carrier which delivers to your area. All orders will incur a shipping fee as charged at the time of check out. If there is no delivery fee at time of checkout and you live outside the Sydney Metro area you will be contacted with details of delivery charges. If you live within Sydney metro area you will be charged $15 per parcel.
Delivery to my home or workplace
Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure someone is at your requested address when the goods are to be delivered. Alternatively if you are not at the delivery address, it’s imperative that you contact us so that we can organise an appropriate courier. Some couriers will leave a calling card at your address to arrange and alternate time for delivery. However it is best to advise us at the time of checkout in the Special Instructions Section.
Unfortunately Baby Savings Co at this time does not ship internationally.
