The following Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases of products by you from www.babySavingsco.com.au and you should read them carefully. We may vary these terms from time to time and therefore you should check them before you make a new purchase.
1. Payment
BabySavings Co welcomes payment by the following credit and debit cards : Visa, MasterCard, and your BabySavings Co Gift Card.
2. Acceptance of Order
We will acknowledge your order shortly after we receive it and send a further email to confirm that we have processed your order. Please ensure an accurate email address is supplied. It is your responsibility to check all the details on the order confirmation are correct. Charges incurred due to incorrect details will not be refunded.

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with everything you buy from BabySavings Co . If you are not satisfied with your new purchase, we will exchange (and provide an online/store credit) any new, unused item in its original packaging (thus unopened) provided it is returned in a saleable condition, in its original, undamaged packaging, with your receipt and within 7 days from receipt of goods, (exceptions apply for hygiene and safety reasons on some items such as, clothing, mattresses)
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange the goods. If purchased online we will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, upon inspection but not when a product is simply due a change of mind or is unwanted.
This does not affect your statutory rights. All returned goods must be accompanied by the delivery note with the completed information
BabySavings Co has a wide range of products covering almost all categories in the nursery market and most products are covered by a comprehensive manufactures Guarantee/Warranty* against manufacturing faults from date of receipt of goods. To receive exact policy details, please refer to our after sales policy and the warranty terms.
*The Guarantee/Warranty time will vary depending on the product, and the manufacturer’s/suppliers terms
You will be responsible for any postage or other costs incurred in returning the product(s) to us. You must take good care of all products which you wish to return to us. The product(s) must not have been used and remains in the same pristine condition as when delivered or collected, and must be returned to us in a saleable condition, in its original, undamaged packaging and with your e-mail order confirmation (if purchased online). If the product(s) was delivered to you by BabySavings Co you must also provide the completed delivery note.
We are not responsible for any lost returned parcels so please send back to us via our recommended method or a traceable method like registered post or traceable courier. You may arrange the courier by calling our customer service centre.
Sale or discounted items can be returned for store credit only or exchange and not for refund.
All secondhand products are not refundable or exchanged. Please ensure to check all products throughly prior to purchase as there are NO RETURNS on SECONDHAND / PreLOVED PRODUCTS.
When returning products back to BabySavings Co you should return them to us by one of the following methods set out below.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights in the unlikely event that the goods do not meet a standard required by law.
5. Your right to cancel your order
Where you purchase a product or a number of products together from us through our website or over the telephone, you have a right to cancel your order and receive a full refund of the price paid for the product(s) prior to dispatch of the goods. This right does not apply to any personalised product(s), to any product(s) which have been made or adapted to your requirements, to any product(s) which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons such as mattresses, or to any products you purchase in store. In addition, this right does not apply to self assembly furniture items once they have been assembled whether by you or by us through the Optional Furniture Assembly Service.
You must exercise this right by notifying us of your wish to cancel by e-mail to shop@babysavingsco.com.au at any time up to and including 24hours after which the product(s) was ordered by you .
6. Pricing
All prices are correct at the point of purchase and are confirmed with an order confirmation email. Previously viewed prices via cookies on your computer are not accepted and will be refused. Sale prices are available only while stocks last. BabySavings Co reserve the right to change and amend prices at anytime.
Cookies explained
Cookies are parcels of text sent by a server to a web browser and then sent back unchanged by the browser each time it accesses that server. It is possible that you could access BabySavings Co website via another website and be presented a price different from ours. You will be charged the price displayed on our web site.
All prices in the shopping areas are in Australian dollars (AU$). BabySavings Co takes all steps to ensure that prices are prices are correct at time of publication, however we reserve the right to alter prices should we inadvertently publish incorrect prices. If this should happen after you have ordered a product on the site and have passed through the check out, we will contact you prior to sending your order and notify you of the correct price. You will then have to choice to either proceed with your order or cancel the order.
Please be aware Prices Online may be significantly different than instore, as different stock levels and promotions are run through the website and instore.
7. Supply
All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse to supply to any individual or company. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.

We endeavour to ensure all product descriptions are accurate, errors and omissions accepted. Representations of colours are approximate, due to the limitations of photographic and monitor resolutions. All measurements and weights are approximate.

By purchasing products or registering as a member you agree that your details including your email address, mailing address and mobile and phone number may be used by us or BabySavings Co Pty Ltd to keep you informed about future products, services and events provided by BabySavings Co, or BabySavings. If you wish to change your contact mechanism (specify direct mail, telephone or email) or opt out of any communications from BabySavings Co Pty Ltd you can do so by amending your details on our website or alternatively email info@babysavingsco.com.au
Unless otherwise specified, sales and discounts are applied to our prices by use of a "coupon code" at the time of check out. To ensure that you obtain advertised discounts please ensure use of the relevant coupon code at check out. If you proceed through check out without use of a coupon code, no discount, or sales will be applied.
13. E-Gift Certificates
BabySavings Co allows E-Gift Certificates to be purchased on line free of charge. To redeem an E-Gift Certificate you will need the individual code allocated to the E-Gift Certificate. The Conditions of the Gift Certificate as follows
a) E-Gift Certificate can be redeemed for merchandise only and are not redeemable for cash
b) E-Gift Certificates are valid for 9 months from date of issue.
c) E-Gift Certificates can be purchased online free of charge.
d) E-Gift Certificates will be emailed to recipient of the gift and the purchaser will be sent a confirmation that the Gift.
e) E-Gift Certificates can only be redeemed on BabySavings Co website.
f) If an E-Gift Certificate is redeemed for less than the amount purchased, the recipient will still able to return to BabySavings Co’s website at a later date to redeem the remaining amount of funds on the E-Gift Certificate.
g) E-Gift Certificates are in $AUD.
h) Standard shipping rules apply for any items purchased using a E-Gift Certificate.

14. Children
BabySavings Co will over time provide content and information which children may find interesting and may wish to access. However, no one under the age of 13 years is allowed to provide any personal information. Minors under the age of 18 years are prohibited from making purchases, including subscriptions, on the website.
15. Disclaimer
During Launch Period 23/09/11 - 31/01/12 BabySavings Co may have to refund customers for orders that are placed for products that are out of stock for various reasons, or incorrect in regards to pricing, photo, content (incorrect technical stock sync, too many items selling before a new stock sync is completed etc ) We will notify the customer within 48 Working hours of placing their order if this has occured.

Quality & Value
The “Price Match” applies to an identical product which is in stock and available to purchase and immediately take away. It must be the same brand, colour and model and available in any retailer based in NSW
BabySavings Co reserves the right to withdraw or change this offer at any time.
BabySavings Co reserves the right to investigate a price match further if we have not been able to immediately verify the compeditors prices, or to decline a request when the price match terms and conditions have not been met.
BabySavings Co is not obliged to Price Match any product.
