Delivery of goods take between 5 and 10 working days. This excludes goods that are currently out of stock. Out of stock items may take up to 6 weeks for delivery.
All furniture that is not currently in stock have a delivery period of up to 12 weeks.

Delivery charges are based upon weight and/or size. Baby Savings Co does deliver outside theSydney Metropolitan Area. Although if you do live outside the Sydney Metropolitan Area please contact us on 02 99584288 or email us and we can find the best freight price for your area.

Our couriers DO NOT deliver to PO BOXes.

Only NEW goods may be exchanged for a store credit note within SEVEN DAYS (7) from date of purchase provided the goods have not been used and are in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we do not refund for incorrect choice. Exchanges are done at the expense of the customer if exchanged via post/ courier or customers can exchange items at the Baby Savings Co store with receipt of purchase. Baby Savings Co does not refund or exchange secondhand goods.
